What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data or hand it over for third parties’ own purposes.
- We take no decisions based solely on automated processing and build no profiles of you.
- The website is not intended for persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Who we share data with
- Hosting provider — SuperHosting.bg, on whose servers the website runs (a processor acting on our behalf).
- Email provider — messages sent through the forms and to our email address arrive in a Google (Gmail) mailbox.
- Carriers, customs and other partners — only the data needed to carry out an order you have placed with us.
- Accounting service provider — for the documents of concluded transactions.
- Google and Meta — only if you have allowed analytics or marketing cookies and the tool in question is switched on on the website.
- Public authorities — where the law requires us to provide data.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (for example to Google or Meta), this is done on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- obtain confirmation of whether we process data about you, and a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased where there is no basis for us to keep it;
- restrict the processing;
- receive your data in a readable format and move it elsewhere;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
To exercise a right, write to Popovlogistic@gmail.com. We reply within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Bulgaria) — 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, www.cpdp.bg, kzld@cpdp.bg — or with the supervisory authority of your own country.
